
Ella Barnes is a New York-based artist who creates cyanotypes on paper and textile. Blending photography with sculpture and collage, Barnes' work questions the shape of consciousness, probing for hidden patterns and discovering visual oases. Barnes had her first solo show of large scale cyanotypes on textile titled ‘Cyan Sun’ curated by Michelle Parisot and produced by Ché Morales of ABSTRKT at the Yard on Herald Square in July 2019.
