     Landscape Interrupted is the logical continuation of artistic duo Synchrodogs' exploration of the relationship between humans and nature. Reflecting on the effects of human intervention in environmental processes, and how differently the earth looks as a result, a number of questions arise: 
Will some places soon be erased from the planet, only to live in our collective memory? Will villages become cities? Will wilderness areas be co-opted by civilization? How different will the landscapes we see today be 10 years from now? 
     Landscape Interrupted layers different degrees of distortion on top of the solid base that can not be erased, only altered. Just as childhood memories of places deform over time, landscapes change too, taking on a new identity.
